Original Abstract

Fluctuation of electrical polarisation is a source of the current and voltage noise in piezoceramic sensors. In the vicinity of the Curie temperature critical fluctuations exist. Using Nyquist theorem the current noise spectral density is defined. The new model based on a set of RC circuits with different relaxation times is proposed to obtain conformity with experiments.
