Original Abstract

This article presents computational approaches to verification of low-friction-losses cranktrain design and its vibration analysis. Reduction of friction losses consists in crankshaft main bearing reduction and there is investigated the influence upon crankshaft pulley torsional vibration and main bearing load. The computational model is assembled as well as numerically solved in Multi-Body System and the modally reduced bodies are also incorporated into it.
