Pokročilá charakterizace materiálů pro senzoriku a generátory elektrické energie

On the project

Projekt cílí na pokročilou charakterizaci moderních materiálů dedikovaných pro aplikace v senzorice nebo v generátorech elektrické energie, jako jsou piezo energy harvestry a solární články. Soustředí se na optimalizaci přípravy vybraných materiálů (tenké vrstvy multiferoelektrika Bi-Fe-O či nitridu hliníku, či perovskitové solární články) a jejich charakterizaci z hlediska morfologie, chemického složení a transportu elektrického náboje. Projekt je zaměřen i na sledování degradace vzorků vlivem stárnutí či vystavením podmínkám umělého stárnutí.
