On the project

Zvýšení přenosu tepla a energeticky optimalizovaná integrace výměníků tepla v chemických provozech zvýší využití odpadního tepla. Podle podmínek zařízení je možné zvýšit energetickou účinnost systému a je možné provádět různé způsoby: přímo znovu použít nízké teplo, přeměnit ho na elektrickou energii nebo vysokou chladicí energii a optimalizovat energetickou integraci systému. Využití nízkopotenciálního tepla je účinným prostředkem pro úsporu energie a snížení skleníkových plynů ve velkých podnicích. 1) Navrhuje se kombinovat metodu kontinuálního spirálového spouštění s tlakovým průtokem s cílem dále zlepšit strukturu výměníku tepla s pláštěm a trubkou, zlepšit komplexní výkon tepelného výměníku a snížit ztráty energie; 2) Na základě rozmanitosti zdroje odpadního tepla, typu cirkulačního média a technických provozních parametrů budou vyvinuty metody a normy pro diferencované kontinuální spirálové přepážky výměníku tepla a vytvoří standardizovaný konstrukční rámec, který položí základ pro praktické využití výzkumu a výsledky vývoje; 3) Pro snížení dopadu na životní prostředí bude provedena optimalizace optimálního systému čištění plynů. 4) Síť výměníků tepla a energetická integrace systému pro chemické lokality budou analyzovány a optimalizace tepelné integrace bude vyvinuta pro maximalizaci ekonomické výkonnosti a minimalizaci emisí.
