Navrhovaný projekt se zabývá základním výzkumem problematiky analýzy přenosových zkreslení při přenosu digitální televize standardu DVB-T/H v přeloženém kmitočtovém pásmu, jejich matematickým popisem a tvorbou komplexních počítačových modelů jednotlivých zkreslení. Přenos digitální televize podle standardu DVB-T/H se obecně vyznačuje konstantní obrazovou kvalitou i při zhoršení příjmových podmínek. Přenosová zkreslení mají však významný vliv na chybovost přenosu a díky zabezpečení přenosu proti přenosovým chybám lze do určité hranice dekódovat a opravit i poškozený datový tok. Ten odpovídá MPEG-2 transportnímu toku obrazových, zvukových a interaktivních dat. S rozvojem a zaváděním přenosu digitálního vysílání do řádného provozu (DVB-T multiplex A, pilotní projekty DVB-H) tedy vyvstává otázka, jak významně se projeví vliv přenosových kreslení na chybovosti přenosu a na kvalitě odpovídajícího obrazu a datových služeb. Lze předpokládat, že významný vliv na přenosová zkreslení budou mít nejen parametry kanálového kodéru a použitého modulátoru, ale zejména samotný přenosový kanál v přeloženém pásmu.

Description in English
Proposed project deals with basic research of transmission distortions problems in transmission of the digital television according to DVB-T/H standard in RF band and with the mathematical description and creation of individual distortions complex computer models. Transmission of the digital elevision according to DVB-T standard is generally characterized in that the constant picture quality is secured even if the receiving conditions get worse. However, transmission distortions have significant influence on transmission error rates and error-protected transmission causes the correction of the errors in decoded data stream. The MPEG-2 transport stream contains transport stream of video, audio and interactive data. With the digital television development and start of regular broadcasting (DVB-T multiplex A, DVB-H pilot projects) has come the question, how significant is influence of transmission distortions on transmission error rates and correspond picture quality. Presumption leads to significant influence not only of channel encoder and modulator, but essentially transmission channel parameters in RF band.
