Provides administrative, operational, personnel, economic and economic services for CVIS.

There are three departments under the director's office: the Economic Department, the Operations Department and the Cyber Security Department.

Economics Department
Ensures the administration of public contracts, management of contract records and their publication in the register. Oversees grant projects and provides support to the teams that implement them.

Department of Operations
The operations department technically ensures the operation of computers, printers and other computing equipment of the CVIS and some other school-wide constituent parts. Develops and maintains workstation software equipment.

Cyber Security Department
Sets the rules of cyber security and security policy of BUT and supervises their implementation. Implements regular cyber security training in cooperation with the Support and Testing Department. Records and analyzes cyber security events and incidents.
