Originální abstrakt

The contribution is focused on microstructural changes and formation of eutectic in nickel coated AlMg3 (hydronalium) alloy substrate after the heat treatment above the melting point of pure aluminium with dwell time ranging from several minutes up to several hundreds of hours in ambient atmosphere. The coating was produced from 99,0 Ni powder, prior to the heat treatment, by means of high velocity oxyfuel spraying. The difference in resulting alloy microstructure and in mechanism of eutectic formation with previously reported 99,5 Al and AlSi9Cu3 aluminium-based substrates is discussed based on metallography and scanning electron microscopy techniques.
