Detail předmětu

a) To enable students to build a critical awareness of legal issues relating to European and International Business.
b) To make enable students to analyze how European and International law and in particular judgments, affect management decisions of firms operating in Europe
c) To train the students' ability to analyze a case from a business perspective and to present it to the class.

a) Demonstrate their ability to evaluate legal analysis of necessary steps in creating business and some legal problems in process of management
b) To develop a critical understanding of the way in which European business and management operate in the law and identify appropriate supporting legal advices of decision making
c) To give students the opportunity to gain a specialist knowledge of the particular functional areas of the European business and make analyses of European law
d) To enable students to appreciate cross-cultural differences and offer them experience to operate in multicultural environment and European law
e) To equip students with linguistic skills (oral & written) in order to facilitate communication with specific law English in Europe

Hodnocení je založeno na písemném testu. Kritéria budou oznámena na začátku výuky.
