Objective of the course – aims of the course unit:
Students will get acquainted with the specificities of the English professional style and the terminology of their field of study - E (Construction Economics and Management).

The student will become proficient in the specificities of the English professional style and the terminology of his/her field of study.

Prerequisites:
Knowledge of general English at B1 level of the CEFR.

Course contents (annotation):
Practice in reading for information and understanding the argumentation at B2 level of the CEF which requires a student to be able to find out information, thoughts and opinions in highly professional resources within his/her field of study.
PowerPoint presentation practice within the given technical topic.
First 7 topics are common for all the fields of study, while the other 5 topics vary according to the respective field of study.
