Objective of the course – aims of the course unit:
Basic information about structure of law in the Czech Republic from the point of view of the civil law, intellectual property law, including choosen chapters of criminal law.
Objective of the course – learning outcomes and competences:
Student acquires knowledge and ability to orientation in law in the Czech Republic from the point of view of the civil law, intellectual property law, including choosen chapters of criminal law.
Prerequisites:
The subject knowledge on the secondary school level is required.
Course contents (annotation):
Civil law as a collection of personal, property tax of law and responsibility. Concept, structure and forms which are given by basic principles, relations and laws including application of the civil law.

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.
