Objective of the course – aims of the course unit:
Basic knowledge of formality protocol, enlargement of communication and presentation skills often used in the education practice.

Objective of the course – learning outcomes and competences:
Principles of effective communication, norms of formality protocol, history of rhetoric, rules of voice hygiene, realization of formal presentation , writting personal correspondence, education texts creating.

Prerequisites:
The subject knowledge on the Bachelor´s degree level is requested.

Course contents (annotation):
Course offers theoretical introduction to communication studies, etiquette, formal presentation togehter with practical communication training, rhetoric and presentation training. Part of the course deals with standards and regulations of written personal documents as well education texts.

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.
