Students gain knowledge of land planning documentation, conditions of land use and permission, at realization of buildings and with solving the possible related problems.

Conditions of gained course-unit credit:
3 written tests in the course of term.

1. Basic terms and definitions of building law emphatically on relation to expert activity.
2. Historical development of building law (backward estimation of buildings at real estate evaluation according to historical legal rules).
3. Basic list of structure of land planning and relation of land planning to real estate evaluation for evaluation in individual phases, especially for evaluation of lands and common prices of real estate.
4. Basic tools of land planning - documents for land planning, policy of land development.
5. Basic tools of land planning - construction permit.
6. Course of building permission proceedings - buildings, formations, maintenance work.
7. Importance of individual decisions in the course of building, building age estimation, real dividing of building.
8. Conditions of appointment of certified inspector, competency and duties.
9. Building supervision, competency, duties, additional competency of building authority.
10. Summary of selected services in building development, co-operation of owners of technical infrastructure. Register of land planning activity, document storing, document inspection.
11. General requirements for building, purposes of expropriation, public interest and administrative delict.
12. Basic legislation connected with building act and expropriation.
13. Public notice No. 137/1998 Col. - general technical requirements for building and public notice No. 526/2006 Col. to building law act.
