Instrumentation in Material Engineering

The instrumentation in material analysis including fundamentals and application of X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermal analysis techniques including TG-DTA, EGA, TDA, DSC etc., particle size distribution, specific surface, thermal properties, composition (XRF and ICP) and IR as well as Raman spectroscopy.

The course uses teaching methods in form of Lecture - 2 teaching hours per week. The e-learning system (LMS Moodle) is available to teachers and students.
