Knowledge of managers courses at the bachelor's degree.

The course is taught through lectures explaining the basic principles and theory of the discipline. Exercises are focused on practical topics presented in lectures.

Processing essay on the topic of research, their own creative problem solving and design solutions.

- The relationship between business strategy as a whole and human resources strategy
- Use business strategy and human resource strategy in Czech republic and Europe union conditions.
- The processes of recruitment and selection of workers
- Remuneration systems and performance managing to ensure strong links with the strategy of firms, society, schools, centre unit
- Caring about employees as individual and team members
- The processes education and personal development of employees
- The methods of efficiency measurement of personnel process, metrics and KPI
- The specification of multinationals firms
- Orientation of new information sources in the field of human resource management issues, the search for approaches to solving problems in their own company and a positive influence on other fields


The content of exercise is to practice lectures topics, solving examples and working individually and in groups

Aims

The goal of course is to teach students the basic of process management in human resources part and improve their knowledge’s to help companies improve their performance and employees motivation.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Attendance at lectures is recommended and controlled, attendance on the lessons is required and checked.
