Studio I - Body Design - summer

The theme of SENSES. Deeper insight in the level of self-portrait. Encounter with exact intimate perceptions. The process of self-censorship, control, opening up. Common studio theme: COMMUNICATION/ISOLATION - clash with outer environment, confrontation.

Theoretic and practical experience from the completed first semester. Experiences of insight in personal territory and communication in visual and verbal form.

Familiarization with the role of the artist and the situation of contemporary art.
The point on the border between art and other disciplines related to the human body - sociology, gender studies, medicine, biotechnology, fashion ...
