Subject is aimed at the Czech general private law (civil law) in international context.

Basis of the subject is employed on general private law, personal and property law, namely absolute and relative.
Content of subject is aimed at general introduction to civil law, legal principles, facts in legal sense, persons in legal sense including general personality law, review of corporate bodies, law of property and right in rem, right of lien, right of inheritance, contract law, consumer law, delict law and claim law.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Student have to gain:
- general knowledge of Czech civil law in international context
- basics of specific knowledge of civil law with concentration on studied branches (real estate law and law in traffic).
