Students shall obtain the basic knowledge of house management from the technical view as well as financial and legal views with respect to particularities in Czech Republic.

2. Tenancy of flat, contract of lease
3. Particularities of tenancy relations in CR
4. Flat ownership, flat-owners association, housing association
5. Basic activities of the estate management
6. Flat furnishings and ways of heating
7. Services connected to the lease
8. Relations to service providers (energy, water)
9. Maintenance and repairs of the buildings and flats, reconstructions
10. Technical providing of maintenance and repairs
11. Technical equipment of the building and their revision, terms
12. Estate management software
13. Administrator company, organisation structure
