Projekt zkoumá a realizuje isotropní, aktivní metamatriály, materiály pro elektronové a magnetoinduktivní čočky, navrhuje měření materiálů se šumovou spektroskopií a nukleární magnetickou resonancí, analyzuje šumové signály a vytváří semi-analytický model stochastických dějů s predikcí výsledků.

Description in English
The project is planned for four years with achieving quite original results. The main aims are: The design, fabrication and application of isotropic metamaterials together with investigation of active controllable metamaterials working on the basis of radio identification. The application of quantum effects for the design of materials showing to electrons the same behavior as a metamaterial shows to a wave with the aim to get lenses for an electron microscope. To investigate magnetoinductive lenses improving the sensitivity of magnetic resonance imaging. Experiments will be done using a designed wide band antenna, leaky wave antennas and planar transmission lines. The system of ways of metamaterial characterization will be based on their modeling at a noise excitation, knowledge of relaxation behavior of materials, and using nuclear magnetic resonance. The characterization of materials by a noise spectroscopy will be designed and verified. The noise signal will be studied using real elements. A semi-analytic model of stochastic effects with the prediction of results will be created.
