In charge of Department of External Relations

Department:

• the preparation and implementation of BUT’s marketing strategy;
• the preparation of new and updating of existing promotional materials, in cooperation with various bodies at BUT (for example VUTIUM, CCIS, CSA, etc.);
• the preparation of and support for official BUT activities on BUT premises and elsewhere, including important visits to the Rector;
• the creation of conditions for making contacts and ensuring framework agreements, memoranda between BUT and universities or other organizations at the level of the Rectors or representatives of other legal subjects, on the basis of which individual constituent parts of BUT sign their own more limited agreements;
• ensuring the registration of agreements and tracking how they are fulfilled; these agreements are kept in the Legal Office and entered in the APOLLO system and may be made available on the web;
• discussions with arts-focused higher education institutions and other artistically oriented organizations and the support of creative activities at BUT;
• support for interaction between fields of studies in technology, the humanities and the fine arts at BUT.
