BUT Scientific Board

Competence

The Scientific Board of the BUT discusses the long-term plan of the BUT, approves study programmes unless their approval falls within the competence of the Scientific Bouncil or the Arts Council of the faculty, exercises competence in the procedure for appointment as professor and in the habilitation procedure to the extent stipulated by the Higher Education Act. It shall express its opinion on questions submitted to it by the Rector.
